SOCOMEC S.A.在中国设立的公司 （中文名称为：溯高美索克曼电气（上海）有限公司）及其授权分销商是唯一有权在中国（包括香港和台湾）销售由法国SOCOMEC 公司提供制造商特约维修保障的产品的公司。以类似于“溯高美“的名称在中国注册的公司（如浙江溯高美电气有限公司，溯高美电气（江苏）有限公司以及上海溯高美实业有限公司）所制造和销售的产品，非真正法国SOCOMEC生产的产品，因此在任何情况下均不享受由法国SOCOMEC 公司提供的制造商特约维修保障。这些公司不属于法国SOCOMEC集团。而且SOCOMEC S.A.在中国地区（含香港和台湾）没有合作工厂。所谓的国内生产及合资生产的均属假冒SOCOMEC产品。

The products marketed by other companies which names registered in china are similar to “Su Gao Mei” or “Socomec”, such as Zhe jiang sugaomei Electrical Co., Ltd, Socme Electric (Jiang Su) Co., Ltd and Shanghai Su Gao Mei Industrial Co., Ltd do not enjoy any of such guarantee. These companies do not belong to France Group SOCOMEC and SOCOMEC S.A. has no cooperative factory in China (Include Hong Kong and Taiwan).
